Okay so my very cool boss and owners sent me and one of my coworkers to the 2011 Women's Leadership Conference this week and the Chief Happiness Officer,yes that's right, came to speak to us about Zappos and the culture of the company and their mission to Deliver Happiness across the world. I'm not going to lie I secretly fell in love with the company. And here I thought Zappos was just a place I ordered my wedding shoes online. Who would have guessed they were this cool? Enjoy!
