Sea Island- Working Hard has it's Advantages!

You know those days where you have a pity party for yourself because you work so hard and you just need to relax.  Well, this Sunday through Tuesday was not one of those days! I am so proud to work for my company on a daily basis and trips like this remind me of how lucky I am. I thank God for a great job everyday.

Feeling Froggy?

This weekend at the 4th Annual Frogtown Hollow Jam we got to take Layla Bayla out for a night on the town with our peeps. :) She did so good around the big crowd and all the other dogs, including two big Mastiffs!  A beautiful Saturday night on the lawn with my hubby, puppy, friends, "Dumpster Fries", topped with chili, nacho cheese, ketchup, S&P, paired with some good Draft Beer and local music made me a happy girl!  The night could have only been topped off by taking a trip on the hot air balloon, but we decide to just admire it from the ground.  Besides, I had a big day planned for Sunday.  I would be heading off to Sea Island, Georgia! 

Smoke On The Water Bluegrass & BBQ Festival

Today couldn't have been more beautiful!  It made the perfect setting to listen to great bands, chow down on some award winning BBQ, and catch up with some old friends. The Smoke on the Water Festival in Thomaston, GA was just where I wanted to spend my Saturday. This is the 2nd year I've been lucky enough to go and support the Fire Department and I must say I think this year was even better. And can I just say, Thomaston is the cutest little southern belle town I've ever seen.  Come on Columbus!
